Senior's Day at the LRC
Join us each month as the LRC offers a variety of free* activities, programs, workshops and healthy refreshments.
the first Thursday of each month.  Join us from 10:00am - 2:00pm in the LRC foyer.

* Please note that only the activities offered as part of Senior's Day are free.  Regular fees apply to accessing all other areas of the LRC and registered programs on these days.

Be a part of the action.  The Leduc Recreation Centre offers a variety of sport and recreation programs, services and drop-in activities for seniors.  Included in your membership or daily admission pass are the following drop-in programs at the Leduc Recreation Centre:

Seniors Skates
Monday, Wednesday & Friday

Seniors Badminton & Pickle-Ball Hour

Seniors Aquasize

Be sure to stop by the Kosmos Community Kitchen at 12:00pm for coffee and socializing.

Seniors Fitness Classes
The Fitness Centre  offers a variety of registered programs designed for seniors.  For more information please contact the Leduc Recreation Centre at 780-980-7120 or refer to the Community Activity Guide for schedule and price information.

Seniors Pickle-Ball
You will feel like a champion playing this exciting paddle game called Pickle-Ball.  Now you and your friends can join thousands of other people playing this net court game.  This mini-tennis game is played by 2 or 4 people on a badminton-sized court using wood paddle racquets and a plastic, poly baseball with holes.  Pickle-Ball is a combination of ping-pong, tennis and badminton and has been enjoyed for over 20 years by people of all ages. 

Come down to the Leduc Recreation Centre and try this new and exciting sport.
