Tai Chi
Tai Chi provides a series of gentle movements and techniques that are performed in what appears to be slow motion. Tai Chi reduces stress, increases
breathing capacity and physical conditioning, improves balance and coordination and encourages a calmer mind. Because of its gentle nature,
Tai Chi is suitable for people of all ages and physical abilities.

Cardio Bootcamp
Join us in the field house for a work out with serious movement! With an emphasis on boosting your cardio endurance, you will use a variety of equipment to raise your heart rate and burn calories. Each class will include some strength or core training. Varying levels of challenge and intensity demonstrated, making this class suitable for all ages.

Zumba fuses Latin and pop rhythms with easy to flow moves to create a dynamic work out. You will enjoy salsa, meringue, hip hop, belly dance, Sumba, cha cha and other steps so much that you will forget you are getting a work out.

Carve Your Core
A fitness class that will work your core muscles and lower body. Be prepared for exercises that strengthen your abdominal and lower back muscles, abductors, adductors, and glutes. This class will help improve your posture and functional strength.
