Birthday Parties
Minimum 14 days booking notice is required for all party packages unless otherwise stated.

Pool Party
$140

  • 10 LRC daily admission wrist bands (can be used for adults/children)
  • 1 hour private room rental for cake and gift opening
  • Themed birthday cake
  • Small white plates, forks, candles, matches and a knife for the cake
  • LRC host will set up and clean up the party room

All children 7 years old and younger must be accompanied, at all times, by a supervisor 14 years of age or older.  Adult/child ratio: 1:4


Skate Party
$140

  • 10 LRC daily admission wrist bands (can be used for adults/children)
  • 1 hour private room rental for cake and gift opening
  • Themed birthday cake
  • Small white plates, forks, candles, matches and a knife for the cake
  • LRC host will set up and clean up the party room

Skates and helmets are NOT provided. All children 12 years of age and under are required to wear a CSA-approved helmet.
All children 7 years of age and under must be actively supervised by a responsible person 14 years of age or older.
All parties are booked during public leisure or family skate scheduled times.
Adult/child ratio: 1:4

Jungle Preschool Play Party
$140

  • 2 hours of private room rental in the Remax Play Centre for cake and gift opening  (maximum room capacity 25 people)
  • Access to the Kukabunga Jungle playroom
  • Themed birthday cake
  • Small white plates, forks, candles, matches and a knife for the cake
  • A LRC host will set up and clean up the party room

Parent supervision is required at all times.
Socks must be worn in the jungle room.
No food or beverage is permitted in the Kukabunga Jungle.
Adult/child ratio: 1:6 in the Kukabunga Jungle area

Note: The Kukabunga Jungle area is opened to the public during your party time.


Sports Party
$175

  • 1 hour private gym time in 1/3 of the County Field House (Parent supervised)
  • Equipment for one sport of your choice:
         basketball, badminton, soccer, volleyball or Floor Hockey
  • 1 hour private room rental for cake and gift opening
  • Themed birthday cake
  • Small white plates, forks, candles, matches and a knife for the cake
  • LRC host will set up and clean up the party room

Each guest is required to bring a clean indoor, non-skid runners.
Adult/child ratio: 1:6


Zumba Dance Party Package  (Ages 6 years and up / maximum 10 children)
$175

  • 45 minutes of energizing Latin Dance/fitness aerobics with a Zumba instructor!
  • 1 hour private room rental for Zumba-liscious cake and gift opening
  • A special Zumba gift for the birthday child and guests
  • Themed birthday cake
  • Small white plates, forks, candles, matches and a knife for the cake
  • A LRC host will set up and clean up the party room
  • Minimum 3 weeks booking notice is required


Karma Kids Yoga Party Package  (Ages 6 years and up / maximum 10 children)
$175

  • 45 minutes of yoga instruction. Includes basic and challenging yoga poses, creative breathing techniques and relaxation time.
  • 1 hour private room rental for cake and gift opening
  • A special Yoga gift for the birthday child and guests
  • Themed birthday cake
  • Small white plates, forks, candles, matches and a knife for the cake
  • A LRC host will set up and clean up the party room
  • Minimum 3 weeks booking notice is required


Little Bakers Dozen Party Package  (Ages 6 years and up / maximum 10 children)
$175

  • 45 minutes of fun baking instruction for deliscious sugar cookies  (take the cookie dough home and bake for your family to enjoy!)
  • 1 hour private room rental for cake and gift opening
  • Design your own take home pot holder
  • A chefs hat and recipe card to take home
  • Themed birthday cake
  • Small white plates, forks, candles, matches and a knife for the cake
  • A LRC host will set up and clean up the party room

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I bring my own food?
To ensure all food served meets health and safety regulations, we ask that only commrecially prepared and packaged food be brought into the facility with the exception of birthday cake and cupcakes, which can be homemade.

*Pizza ordered from a licensed business, fruit or veggie platters prepared by our local grocer store or wholesale supplier are acceptable.
*Catering services are available at the LRC.


What if I bring more guests than what the package offers?
Additional guests will be charged $7.00/person, which will include their facility admission.  Only guests (adults and children) particpating in the activities (swimming, gym, skating, jungle room) will require a wrist band.  Children 2 yrs of age or under do not require a wrist band. 

Can we bring our own decorations?
We do permit the use of themed plates, table clothes and other table type decorations. We do NOT allow pinatas or silly string or any type of decoration that requires hanging from a ceiling or wall.
Please note that party supplies included in the party package are Not themed but generic white.

What if I need to cancel?
You will receive a full refund , less and administration fee with a minimum of 7 days' notice prior to the party date.

If cancelling a party within 7 days of the booking, no refund will be issued.

Can we book additional time in the gym or party room?
All additional time is subject to availability and extra rental fees.

Where do I check-in, when I arrive?
Please check-in at the West Guest Services desk for all birthday bookings.
