The S&D Fitness Centre Newsletter is a monthly newsletter filled with practical tips on making small changes to create big results in your life. Pick it up if you're interested in:

  • Advice on creating positive habits
  • Learning new exercises
  • Stress management

The Fitness Centre Newsletter is available for pickup at the LRC or can be downloaded from here and printed.
